If you are not delighted with your order we promise to refund you the price of the frame up to 14 days after delivery. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of the prescription lenses or the cost of return postage.

Once we have received the item and it is in saleable condition we will refund you immediately. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We will inform you either by e-mail or telephone when the refund has been processed. 

Be sure to include the following with your returned item:

  • The spectacle case, cleaning cloth and any accessories that we provided you with.
  • Your order number 
  • A note explaining your reason for return
  • Your contact details

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend that you use a reputable courier or Royal Mail and send the item Special Delivery.

All goods are inspected on return. Damage such as wear and tear or accidental damage of the item by the customer is not the responsibility of Churchill Optical.com. Every item comes with the manufacturer's guarantee, however this does not cover damage such as wear and tear or accidental damage.
